How to list your property on FRBO
After you have created an account on FRBO you can list your property (or properties). You can get there in a number of ways. Either click on the List Your Property button on the main page, or select My Properties from the drop-down menu.
On the List Property page, enter the address of the property you are listing. The Street Address, City, State, Country, Zip Code, Latitude, and Longitude should auto-populate. You also have the option to add additional details in the Unit, Suite, Building, Etc. field. Then click Save.
(Note: FRBO uses Google Maps for our property lookups, so if there is an issue, please let us know and we can help correct the issue in our system or attempt to work with Google on the issue.)
On the Edit Detail page, enter a descriptive Headline, detailed Description of the property, Property Type (e.g. House, Condo, etc.), Square Footage, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and number that it Sleeps. The items with an asterisk next to them are required fields.
On the Edit Rates page, select whether this is a Vacation Rental or Residential Lease. Then enter the appropriate rates for your property and click Save and Continue.
On the Edit Features page, check the appropriate Property Features and Community Features. Click Save and Continue.
On the Edit Contact page, enter the contact information for the owner/manager of the property. This can be different from the account contact information in your user profile. Click Save and Continue.
On the Upload Photo page, click Select Files, locate the files on your computer/mobile/tablet and upload them. Then click Save and Continue. (Note: It can take some time to upload photos to your property listing, so please be patient.)
On the Edit Plan page, select the Service Plan you would like (Enter an optional Coupon Code), then click Save and Continue.
On the Payment Method page, verify your identity by providing your Birthday and the Last 4 digits of SSN or Passport Number. Then enter the Name on Card you intend to use. Next enter the Credit card information or click the PayPal button and authenticate with PayPal.
On the Property Summary page, we request that you send us two documents that validate the ownership of the property. This is a security measure to prevent someone from listing your property fraudulently.
If you click Go back to my properties, you will be redirected to the My Properties portal. This is where you will see a list of all of your properties and can make edits.
